Physicians within the pain management group practice include Dr. Rudman and Dr. Winne. Each has extensive training in the field of pain management and together they utilize the most advanced but least invasive pain management techniques to diagnose and treat acute and chronic pain caused by a surgical procedure, injury, disease, disorder, or condition. Michael E. Rudman, M.D.

Dr. Rudman is a diplomat of The American Board of Anesthesiology with added qualifications in Pain Management. He received his medical degree from Pennsylvania State University School of Medicine. He completed an internship at Presbyterian University of Pennsylvania Medical Center, residency in Anesthesia and fellowship in Pain Management at The Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.

Dr. Rudman has been an attending staff Pain Physician and Anesthesiologist since 1992. He is the past president of the New Jersey chapter of the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians. Dr. Rudman has been selected as one of the "New Jersey Top Pain Management Doctors” by New Jersey Monthly Magazine in 1998, 2001, 2003 2005, 2007-2009, and as one of the "Top Docs in NY Metro Area" in 2001, 2003, and 2004.

Richard P. Winne Jr., M.D.

Board Certified Anesthesiologist

Dr. Winne is a diplomat of The American Board of Anesthesiology with added qualifications in Pain Management. He received his medical degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, New Jersey Medical School. He completed an internship at Jersey Shore Medical Center, residency in Anesthesia at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, and his pain fellowship in Pain Management in Milwaukee at the Medical College of Wisconsin. He taught as an Assistant Professor at the University of Colorado School of Medicine in Denver before moving to his present position at Morristown Memorial Hospital. Dr. Winne has published research in the study of spinal medications for relief of pain. Dr. Winne has been named as a “Best Doctor in the United States” for the years 2001-2002 and as one of the “New Jersey Top Pain Management Doctors” by New Jersey Monthly Magazine in 2007-2009.

Megan Filoramo, R.N., M.S.N., A.P.N-C.
Certified Family Nurse Practitioner

Ms. Filoramo received a Master’s Degree in Nursing Science from Rutgers University in New Jersey. She is on the medical staff at Morristown Memorial Hospital.
